I recently bought Fearless Feeding and I love love love that book!! Thank you and Jill for writing it!! It is tremendous help, as I have a newborn, a 2.5yo and. 9yo. So right in the middle of trying to raise healthy eaters.. I am a health nut, interested in all things about nutrition. I want I do my best to raise healthy kids. But I tend to be extreme..and worry. I feel like I realized that I struggle too and I don’t eat intuitively at all and regard foods as good and bad. I tend to overeat bad foods when I see them and then feel guilty. I also am a emotional eater. This book, along with your blog, have opened my eyes to so much and I am trying to make steps in the right direction. Mainly to have a balanced view of food and a relaxed attitude about meal time and sweets. Thank you so much for your hard work to write this book!!!

First I just want to say how much I appreciate and respect your work. I have been a fan of DOR for a long time, but your approach really freshens it all up and makes it so much more approachable for the general public. I am an RD working to start a private practice specializing in pediatrics and feeding.

Your book is really amazing. My two year old is extremely picky. He is very tall for his age. But his weight is not proportional to his height. I always felt like a terrible Mom. I am so glad I read your book. It has made my life so much easier. Thanks so much for making a world of difference in my life.

This book is filled with great lessons and ideas and I am not even all the way through it. I stuck with the first chapter on Fearless Feeding Strategy and went right to Chapter 3 – Fearless Feeding for Your Toddler and Preschooler. (…read more of her testimonial)

Wanted to tell you that I created a learning assignment for my dietetic interns around your book. I created a worksheet for them to complete a supplemental study guide to their pediatric rotation.

I use “Fearless Feeding” on a regular basis and enjoy both blogs. How I
found out about your work was through the Dairy Council of California
Dairy Council website at www.healthyeating.org (I lived in California 9 years before
moving to Michigan) as well as PNPG library. You have been a great
resource to me. I want to personally thank you and MaryAnn.
